lockergnome.net – Here we go again! While I’m nowhere near ready to make a review (despite countless crybabies claiming that my impressions were just that), I thought I’d take the time to point out some of the nicer features of the HTC Evo 4G – and, vicariously, the Android Platform. You can’t “love” or “hate” a device based only on its spec sheet, gang – you have to use it. You have to feel it. You have to experience it. You have to share your initial impressions, which may very well be different from a lasting impression. Get it? Good.

@Tyko9464 atleast he made the vid f off
dude i really think that you shud do a video about a couple things u hate about the evo……..it be really informative

good
very good video brother I really lik
geek much
DUDE U COULD HAVE HAPTIE FEED BAK OFF DUM FUK
@bowlsallbroken
I’m not trying to convince anyone anything other than to lay off a bit
I am no cultist(assuming your implying i am) i have had experience with both phones and have made MY decision
And i only have maybe 3-4 comments on this video, unlike you who responds to every single comment. And if anything your waging the holy war because your defending your pathetic phone with your pathetic life since you have like 10 comments on this video alone, each desperately defending your phone. lsr
Lol your evo glitched.
Close your apps and widgets before making an amateur video like this :s
@Jbanto
“Your not convincing anyone android is better”
Not trying to convince anyone of anything. Unlike you, I don’t really care.
“calling them dipshits and dumbfucks”
I never used those words, but I do mock Apple cultists who resort to calling Android difficult to use when it isn’t. They’re calling themselves dumb.
“You also have no life”
Says the guy who has plenty of time to wage holy war for his iPhone in the comment section of a video that has *nothing* to do with it.
@bowlsallbroken
You also have no life
Your not convincing anyone android is better by calling them dipshits and dumbfucks and responding to there comments.
@bowlsallbroken
the so called reception issue is solved by moving your hand up 1 mm, or simply not holding it like a psycho trying to stab someone.
PS designing a phone so that you have to turn everything off when your not using it to use it for half a day is retarded engineering. Own it
PSS i used to be an android user so don’t tell me i don’t know wth i’m talking about, the thing has horrible battery life, even with everything turned off
PSS some iphone’s escaped the issue, no evo’s did
@macintoshtipz
“well thanx for sharing your opinion on all mac users.”
Nope. I meant something specific when I wrote “Mac people” not “Mac users”. People who feel the need to repeatedly and zealously evangelize the iPhone on an unrelated video’s comments are “Mac people”.
“actually my aunt has an evo 4g”
Were *both* you and your aunt unable to figure it out easily? Wow.
“iPhone has a better OS. ”
Not for people who capable of tying their own shoes.
“ass hole”
It’s “asshole”. One word.
@bowlsallbroken well thanx for sharing your opinion on all mac users. actually my aunt has an evo 4g and my uncle has the iphone 4 so i feel like i have had a good use of both. again.after using both; it does seem as though the iPhone has a better OS. attacking other people behind your computer screen doesn’t help the argument ass hole.
@macintoshtipz
Nice use of the word “seems”. You are clearly opining on this phone without ever having used the platform, true? And certainly you’ve never done video calling on this phone. And *of course* the iPhone is better… and easier… even though you’d have no way of knowing that.
You Mac people are like fucking cultists.
@Jbanto
“you realize you forgot to pack that extra battery so you only got about 2 hours left…”
The so-called battery issues are easily solved if you have the slightest idea what you are doing and/or know how to use google to find out. This device has a lot of features going on that you need to shut off when you aren’t using them. Most of this turning stuff off business can be automated.
PS designing a phone so that you have to hold it a specific way is retarded engineering. Own it.
@fiveH
Incorrect. I’ve used Qik for Android on 3G-only phones and it works well assuming you have a reasonable signal.
@deeluve22
Beyond his having trouble hitting the notification bar (which he mentioned) and not recalling offhand where a few settings were right away, I have no idea what you’re talking about.
@mooseboy101
yup! but as soon as you hang up and go back to surfing the web you realize you forgot to pack that extra battery so you only got about 2 hours left…
the iphone 4 makes phone calls…you can’t touch a 1 mm thick piece of easy to see thing on a 115 mm long phone for more than 2 minutes…ohhhhkaaay thats really hard not to do.
You were brainwashed by gizmodo or the media or just some random pissed off reviewer right?
Is there any way i could here how loud the speakerphone is thanks
I just got my white evo4g 2 days ago, I really like the 4g speeds Im hitting about 7mb download, and the hotspot feature rocks, its years beyond my iphone 3g
the video maker tell me ıt doesnt work on gsm aınt ıt so we cant use thıs thıng ın europe so why ı have to love that??
Lovin’ the mac screensaver in the background <3
I hate your voice
