@milkarandy ipad is made for who have wifi, isnt it obvious?ipad is supposed to be a big ipod, not a “touch-book” thats why it dont have ethernet ports, nor usb it have the same ports as an ipod
it is just another toy that will leave you hundreds of dollars short and will nickel and dime you for apps and music.cows lining up for the slaughter.

i pad is bullshit if u dont have wifi and that sucks i think i have a good wifi connection but some of my friends dont have wifi at all and i think there should be a ethernet cable for the ipad cuz u will always have a better connection with wired
I personally don’t need an iPad, but I think it’s awesome. People say it’s useless, but it’s perfect for casual use, like watching movies, reading books, internet, and even working. It’s an ingenious device, and I hope it succeeds!

the ipad can only do 10% of what a pc can do…. but i only use those 10% in a day to day basis. why should i fire up my laptop just to check some updates on facebook or read digg? and the battery life is amazing. a laptop can’t be that power independent… and carrying it from room to room along with its power cord + always pluging in and out is just really annoying. thats why recently ive only been reading updates on my iphone. it’s always with me, always powered up, always ready to go…

Jobs said that this is a product that bridges an iPod and Macbook. This product is genius. It appears to be a large iPod touch but the applications that will be created specifically for this will be amazing. The larger screen allows the user to experience videos and video games in a whole new way.
