Depends you can always upgrade a pc and if you get a Windows 7 tablet you can upgrade that. Keep in mind though that windows 7 only runs on intel processors which use more battery than devices like the ipad or Android tablets that use ARM processors which don’t use as much battery, but aren’t as powerful either. Windows 8 will run on ARM though so if you need a tablet with good battery life thats windows you might want to wait  Read more... (117 words, estimated 28 secs reading time)
