is the ipaq new? or did you just install 7 and office 2010? if office is new you have to configure outlook on the pc if the ipaq is new you have to configure it on the ipaq. is outlook 2010 compatible with windows mobile 5 and do you have it installed on the ipaq? i have windows 7 rc and when i installed office 2007 i got the same message but i don’t have outlook configured on my computer. i would assume the problem is it wasn’t configured on one of the devices. when you installed office 2010 even if you had 2007 you would have to reconfigure it if you did a new install, but if you just upgraded it it would probably have transferred everything from 2007 or whatever version you had on there. otherwise i don’t know what the problem is and how can you expect anyone else to know what the problem is when office 2010 hasn’t come out yet. so if that doesn’t help i would call microsoft.
