Is apple make a 4th Generation iPod touch with iPhone OS 4 firmware?

No one guessed it. I do not think they have a lot of new firmware number is no new equipment, but as Apple, know all:).

They will probably announce a new iPhone in May or June. They generally announce new iPods in September… at least, that’s how they’ve done it the last several years. So be patient for 5 months or so if you want the iPod Touch version.
