Question by : How to root HTC EVO after the ota 2.2 froyo update?
I bought a htc evo and a couple days later my phone got the ota 2.2 froyo update and it updated it, now i cant find a way to root it. any suggestions?

Presently none of the public rooting methods for the EVO work on a 2.2 level system. You’ll need to wait and/or exchange for a 2.1 update 1 level phone and then decline the 2.2 update.
