You need to be more specific. Which country are you? What state, if you are in the United States? Store.apple.com / iPad’s you can buy from there. I do not know anything about the value-added tax, which the country depends. There are no minutes available software updates. IOS 3.2 ships with pre-loaded for the iPad. iOS4 is some iPhone and iPod touch can be quickly, but it will fall for the iPad, the price is unknown, if any
