A quick first look review of the Sony Tablet S Android Honeycomb tablet. The Sony Tablet S runs on a 1GHz dual core Tegra 2 CPU with Android Honeycomb 3.1 (upgradeable to 3.2), and it comes in either 16GB or 32GB.
